Cornfield Chase (from Interstellar) for String Quartet by Hans Zimmer
Hans Zimmer's Cornfield Chase is the music of open skies and the first sense of adventure in Interstellar: a restless, pulsing figure that keeps building until it lifts off into something vast. This arrangement for string quartet (two violins, viola and cello) keeps that forward momentum and wide open sound, written so that four players can carry the full sweep of the score.
Arranged by Mislav Brajković, a Vienna-based cellist who performs regularly in string quartet. A favorite at candlelight concerts, film-music nights and weddings.
